<p>Ein schönes, leckers Abendessen mit Leberkäse (in Bayern auch Leberkas gennant) dazu Kartoffelsalat und Senf. Mmh, Lecker! Wenn da nur der Leberkäse nicht so oft zu lang gebraten wird. Einfach besser essen:</p>
<ol>
<li>Leberkäse mit Temperatur alle 30 sec messen, optimal sollte 180-220 °C sein</li>
<li>Leberkäse öfters umdrehen, das macht ihn saftiger und wird nicht zu braun</li>
<li>Mit wenig fett braten sonst wird er zu wässerig und nicht mehr lecker.</li>
</ol>
